Lodestar Space Power
Lodestar Space Power
Preferred equity in surface power units for places where solar does not work and batteries freeze.
A lunar night lasts fourteen Earth days and reaches −173 °C. Solar panels produce nothing and batteries do not survive it, which leaves radioisotope and small fission units as the only options for anything that must keep operating. Lodestar has two flown heritage systems and holds study contracts with two civil space agencies.

Principal risks of this offering
- Plutonium-238 supply is produced by a single national program in limited annual quantities and is not commercially procurable.
- Revenue depends on government space programs whose budgets change with administrations.
- TRL 6. A qualification unit exists; no flight article has been delivered under this product line.
- Preferred equity in a company with concentrated single-customer exposure.
General risks of private securities
Private securities are speculative and illiquid. You should be prepared to hold this position for its full term and to lose the entire amount invested. Nuclear construction has a documented history of schedule and cost overrun. Platforms that sold equity in unbuilt energy projects have mostly failed; those that sold debt against operating assets with contracted offtake have mostly survived. That history is why the TRL tier of an offering matters more than its headline return.
A TRL score is not a prediction and not a rating. Read the offering documents in full before committing capital.
