Weighs evidence, sets a score and a confidence band, and signs it. Cannot certify a milestone or release capital.

Queues

Three desks, one screen, and the boundaries between them enforced rather than described. You are working as a TRL reviewer; anything belonging to another desk is visible here and will refuse you if you try to act on it.

The queues

  • TRL evidence

    3

Weigh the documents, take the assistant's proposal, adjust it, and sign. What you publish becomes the score investors rely on.

  • Certification requests

    2

Inspect what the issuer says satisfies the verification requirement, then sign or decline. Your signature is what unlocks a tranche.

Check the rail against the size of the raise, the instrument against the published score, and the disclosure set against the exemption.

  • Releases to instruct

A certifier has signed. Instructing the escrow agent is the separate act that actually moves the money to the issuer.

    Platform operations only

Nothing certified is waiting on an escrow instruction.

The loop worth watching

  1. In the issuer console, file a test report claiming a level above the published score.
  2. Come back to TRL as a reviewer, read the proposal and its arithmetic, adjust it, and publish.
  3. Open that project’s offering page: the score, the band, the evidence table, the score history and the tier badge have all moved.
  4. Then look at the issuer’s drafting flow. A higher score permits instruments it refused ten seconds ago.

DemoThere is no reviewer login. You are at whichever desk the header says, and nothing you publish here leaves this browser.
