Three sides, and the loop that runs between them

This is a working demonstration on invented data. Everything clicks through, nothing settles, and the two things the platform is actually differentiated on happen in consoles you would never find by browsing. This page tells you where they are and what to watch for.

The same platform from three chairs

The bar above the header moves between them, and the two consoles open without a login, because a demo that made you register three times would not get explored. Inside the review console a second switcher picks which of its three desks you are at, which is a different question from which of the three sides you are on.

Investor

Browse by reaction type, fuel, coolant and spectrum, or on a map by state and host community. Every offering shows a TRL score with its confidence band, the evidence it cites, and its capital release ladder.

Worth watching: The eligibility panel on each offering. It explains who may buy and why, rather than hiding what you cannot have.

Browse offerings

Issuer

Draft an offering, file TRL evidence, request a milestone certification, post an investor update. The console refuses things: an instrument the TRL ladder does not permit, a raise above the chosen exemption's ceiling.

Worth watching: What the console will not let you do. The refusals are the product; the forms are just how you reach them.

Open the issuer console

Reviewer

Three desks in one console, TRL reviewer, independent certifier and platform operations, switched in the header. Weigh evidence, sign a score, certify a milestone, instruct the escrow agent.

Worth watching: That no desk can do another's work. A reviewer who could also certify the milestone they scored would make the whole mechanism decorative.

Watch a TRL score change hands

An issuer cannot set its own TRL. This is the whole argument, and it is only convincing if you can see the score move without the issuer touching it.

    1
    File evidence as the issuer

Submit a witnessed test report and claim a TRL for it. Try filing a patent claiming level 9 as well; it will be accepted as evidence and its claim capped, which is a different thing from being refused.

    2
    Move to the reviewer's desk

The filing is grouped by reactor rather than by document. The console shows a proposed score, a confidence band, and the arithmetic that produced both, line by line.

    3
Disagree with the proposal, then sign

Change the score, widen the band, write what it rests on and what it stops short of, and sign as a named engineer with a credential. Try a band that excludes its own score; it will be refused.

    4
Go back to the offering page

The score, the confidence band, the narrative, the evidence table, the score history and the risk tier have all moved. The weights on the pre-existing evidence have been diluted, because weights are shares of one composite.

    5
Then look at what the issuer may now sell

The TRL ladder re-gates on the new score. Instruments the console refused ten minutes ago are available, or the reverse.

Watch capital leave escrow

Committed is not the same as released. Money moves in tranches against verified progress, and it takes two signatures from two parties who cannot do each other's half.

    1
    Request certification as the issuer

Pick an uncertified rung and say what a certifier should look at. Asking releases nothing, which the page states rather than implies.

    2
Sign it as the independent certifier

Switch to the certifier's desk in the header. Record what was inspected; a signature with no record of what was looked at is the failure this mechanism exists to prevent. Signing certifies the milestone and moves no money.

    3
Instruct the escrow agent as operations

Switch desks again. This is the act that actually moves capital, and it is deliberately a different person from the one who approved it.

    4
    Watch the release bar move

Open the reactor's offering page: released is up and still-escrowed is down. If you opened an account and committed earlier, the same tranche has moved on your position too, and on every other position over that reactor at once.

Every decision either console takes is listed with a name, a timestamp and a reason in the audit log. It is the least interesting page in the demonstration and close to the most important: it is the only artifact that makes any of these claims checkable after the fact.

If you have two minutes rather than ten

Be refused, and be told why

Switch personas with the control on any offering page, whether a non-accredited retail investor, a verified accredited one, an Ohio resident or a foreign person. The eligibility panel changes and gives its reasoning: an annual allowance already spent, an intrastate offering closed to out-of-state buyers, a 506(c) deal that needs verification you do not have.

Browse and switch personas

Commit to something

Open an account and run a commitment end to end: the amount against your computed limit, the acknowledgements, a signed subscription agreement, a funding step that collects nothing. It lands in your positions with a receipt in your documents and a milestone ladder that has not released yet.

Read the methodology first

The weight each class of document carries, and the highest TRL it can support on its own, are published in advance and applied identically to every issuer. A weighting table only the reviewer can see is indistinguishable from no weighting table at all.

The TRL methodology

Register a company from its own documents

Upload a document on the first step of issuer registration and the AI assistant fills in the company, the people who control it and the first project, each field offered as a claim you confirm rather than a fact the platform now believes. The same assistant is on the evidence filing, the offering wizard, the reviewer’s queue and the comparison page.

Register a company

Earn a first score, from nothing

The longest thread here, and the one the whole platform rests on. Register a company and its console opens with one project, no score and no instrument it may sell. File a document, cross to the review desk, sign the project’s first score, and come back to find the offering wizard open. Draft an offering, file it, qualify it as platform operations, and it opens in the public browse under your own company’s name. Nothing along the way is seeded.

Start with an empty company

What is real here and what is not

A demonstration that overstates itself is worse than a slide deck, because it invites you to check.

The data is invented. Every issuer, reactor, offering, TRL assessment and figure was written for this demonstration. The regulatory behavior modeled throughout, including investment limits, accreditation tests, intrastate residency and foreign ownership screening, is a working interpretation from public sources.

Nothing settles. No payment processor is connected and no card fields exist anywhere. Giving and committing run end to end and record what you did, which is the part worth showing; settlement is the part that would need a processor and a broker-dealer.

The scores you publish are real within your session. A re-score signed in the reviewer console genuinely drives the public pages, the risk tier and the instruments the issuer may sell. It lives in your browser rather than a database, so it is yours alone and it clears when you ask it to.

There is no authentication behind any of this. Opening an account as an investor, and registering a company as an issuer, both work and both keep what you told them, but neither asks for a password and each amounts to a cookie in this browser. The two consoles do not ask even that: they open on a switcher between demo companies and demo desks. In a live platform these are different people at different companies who would never share a browser.

Putting it back

Nothing you do here is permanent. Each surface clears its own work so you can start a path over, and one page clears all of it, which is what you want before handing the demonstration to somebody else.

Your activity
Reset from the investor dashboard: commitments, gifts, receipts.
Issuer filings
Cleared from the issuer dashboard: drafts, evidence, requests, updates.
Published decisions
Cleared from the review dashboard, which puts every public score back to the seed assessment.
All three at once
The reset page lists what this browser is holding and empties it.
