Append-only, with the name and the reason attached. A score that can be changed without a record of who changed it and why is not a score anybody should invest against, and the same goes for a capital release.

In a real platform this table is append-only in the database, readable by the regulator and by every investor whose capital it concerns, and no console has a delete. Here it lives in a cookie and the dashboard has a button that wipes it, which is the one respect in which this page is a lie about how a log should work.
