Evidence and scores

You cannot set your own TRL, and an investor’s willingness to trust the number depends on that. What you can do is file evidence: a witnessed test, a docket entry, an executed supply contract. A reviewer weighs it, the model proposes a score and a confidence band, and a named engineer signs the result.

The methodology weights these differently. A witnessed third-party test carries more than a statement from you, and the published assessment shows the weight it was given.

Where a reviewer, and later an investor, can go and read it. A docket number, a DOI, a report number.

Not the date you are filing it. A two-year-old test result is weighted as a two-year-old test result.

Your argument, recorded as your argument. The model scores the evidence and a signer publishes the result, which may be lower than this.

Quoted, not paraphrased. It appears verbatim in the published evidence table, next to the weight the reviewer gave it.
