Requires counsel- Entity disclosure: which affiliate conducts which activity, and which registrations each holds
- Compensation: issuer fees, investor fees, and securities taken as compensation
- Conflicts of interest, including the fact that the platform is paid partly in issuer securities it also scores
- TRL assessment disclosure: not a recommendation, not a credit rating
- Form CRS, once a registration exists to require one
