Tessera Fusion

Deuterium-helium-3 with direct energy recovery and no steam cycle. Accredited investors only.

Deuterium-helium-3 releases most of its energy as charged particles rather than neutrons, which means the energy can in principle be recovered electrostatically instead of by boiling water. That eliminates the turbine, the steam plant and much of the neutron damage problem. It also requires higher temperatures than deuterium-tritium and a helium-3 supply that does not meaningfully exist on Earth.

No money will move

No payment processor is connected. The commitment flow runs end to end, through amount, agreement, signature and receipt, and records a simulated position rather than a charge.

Principal risks of this offering

  • Helium-3 is available in gram quantities globally. A commercial fuel supply would require lunar mining or breeding, neither of which exists.
  • The reaction requires substantially higher plasma temperatures than deuterium-tritium, which itself has never achieved commercial net energy.
  • TRL 3. Compression has been demonstrated; sustained fusion conditions have not.
  • Accredited investors only, restricted from resale, and capable of returning nothing.

General risks of private securities

Private securities are speculative and illiquid. You should be prepared to hold this position for its full term and to lose the entire amount invested. Nuclear construction has a documented history of schedule and cost overrun. Platforms that sold equity in unbuilt energy projects have mostly failed; those that sold debt against operating assets with contracted offtake have mostly survived. That history is why the TRL tier of an offering matters more than its headline return.

A TRL score is not a prediction and not a rating. Read the offering documents in full before committing capital.
