Lumen Isotope Separation
Lumen Isotope Separation
Preferred equity in laser enrichment. A tenth of the energy of a centrifuge cascade, and a proliferation argument to answer.
Selective photoionisation excites one uranium isotope and not the other, which separates them in a single stage rather than the thousands of cascade stages a centrifuge plant requires. The energy saving is roughly an order of magnitude. The same property that makes it efficient, namely a small, low-signature facility, is precisely what makes non-proliferation specialists uneasy, and the licensing pathway reflects that.

Principal risks of this offering
- Laser enrichment has a history of well-funded programs that did not reach commercial operation.
- Proliferation sensitivity may constrain licensing and export approval regardless of technical performance.
- Supply agreements are conditional on facility completion and customer program progress.
- TRL 6, pre-application, accredited investors only.
General risks of private securities
Private securities are speculative and illiquid. You should be prepared to hold this position for its full term and to lose the entire amount invested. Nuclear construction has a documented history of schedule and cost overrun. Platforms that sold equity in unbuilt energy projects have mostly failed; those that sold debt against operating assets with contracted offtake have mostly survived. That history is why the TRL tier of an offering matters more than its headline return.
A TRL score is not a prediction and not a rating. Read the offering documents in full before committing capital.
