Bridgman Units 1 and 2 Completion

Senior notes on 2,260 MWe of gigawatt-scale capacity where the containment concrete was poured in 1982.

Two units were 62% and 41% complete when the program was canceled in 1982. The containment structures, cooling water intake and switchyard already exist, and the site has an operating history and a community that wants the jobs back. Completing abandoned construction is the cheapest gigawatt anyone can buy, provided the concrete passes inspection, which is what the first tranche paid to establish.

No money will move

No payment processor is connected. The commitment flow runs end to end, through amount, agreement, signature and receipt, and records a simulated position rather than a charge.

Principal risks of this offering

  • Forty-year-old structures may reveal degradation that inspection did not find, and remediation cost is borne by the issuer.
  • Gigawatt-scale nuclear construction has a documented history of severe cost and schedule overrun.
  • The original license docket must be amended rather than restarted, and the review timeline is not fully within precedent.
  • Ten year term with no trading market currently in existence.

General risks of private securities

Private securities are speculative and illiquid. You should be prepared to hold this position for its full term and to lose the entire amount invested. Nuclear construction has a documented history of schedule and cost overrun. Platforms that sold equity in unbuilt energy projects have mostly failed; those that sold debt against operating assets with contracted offtake have mostly survived. That history is why the TRL tier of an offering matters more than its headline return.

A TRL score is not a prediction and not a rating. Read the offering documents in full before committing capital.
