Halcyon Aneutronic
Halcyon Aneutronic
Proton-boron-11 fusion at a $50 minimum. The most speculative thing on this platform, and we would rather say so.
Proton-boron-11 produces three helium nuclei and essentially no neutrons, which would mean no activated structure, no tritium handling and no neutron shielding. It is also the hardest fusion reaction anyone is seriously attempting, requiring roughly ten times the temperature of deuterium-tritium against much stronger radiative losses. Halcyon has demonstrated the ion beam and nothing beyond it.

Principal risks of this offering
- The scientific consensus is that proton-boron-11 net energy may be impossible with known confinement approaches.
- TRL 2. This is a laboratory concept with a demonstrated component, not a reactor program.
- A SAFE converts only on a future priced round that may never occur, and confers no rights until then.
- Total loss of capital is the most likely single outcome. Invest only what you are fully prepared to lose.
General risks of private securities
Private securities are speculative and illiquid. You should be prepared to hold this position for its full term and to lose the entire amount invested. Nuclear construction has a documented history of schedule and cost overrun. Platforms that sold equity in unbuilt energy projects have mostly failed; those that sold debt against operating assets with contracted offtake have mostly survived. That history is why the TRL tier of an offering matters more than its headline return.
A TRL score is not a prediction and not a rating. Read the offering documents in full before committing capital.
